Chef Al worked for me at Great American Ball Park for the Cincinnati Reds. He is a great Chef, a hard worker and loves being in kitchens. He made some items here at the ball park that we kept as recipes, that will be used again for next season. He had a great relationship with all my Chefs and staff. I am glad that I met him and we crossed paths here in Cincinnati. I would hire him as my personal chef if I could afford him.
